Plan your Success - London blog

February 13, 2018

One tip any experienced networker will tell you is if you have a product you should definitely bring it along with you to a networking event. Over the years I have seen many products demonstrated or shown at meetings. But at the Chelsea Training Kings Christian Business Breakfast this month I was truly taken aback when during an introduction a lady produced a life-like doll from her bag, as you can see from the picture. It certainly added a punch to her introduction about her business.

The doll was passed around the group (Dragon Den style) and everyone was impressed by the quality of the product. It certainly created a talking point.

The presentation was ‘Plan your Success’. Four key points were shared with the group on how to be intentional in planning for their success.

  1. Record your vision – ‘Write the vision and make it plain. Though it will tarry it will certainly come’. It is also great to use as a reference point for you to keep yourself on track.

  2. Developing a PR/Marketing plan. How it is essential to brand yourself and create a strategy to share your story.

  3. Visioning – The power of spending time imagining your success and how you want your life to be.

  4. ‘Nail the sale’ - To not only create a plan for selling and a pricing structure but to plan how to close deals.

Everyone had a great morning, making new connections and listening to the presentation.

We would love you to join us at one of our forth coming London Training kings events, it provides a fantastic opportunity for you to make new contacts, grow your personal network, develop professionally and of course be inspired.

A reminder we meet in Chelsea for breakfast on the 2nd Saturday of each month, Tooting Dinner is on the 2nd Tuesday of each month and Croydon Dinner the 4th Thursday!

Blessings
